Why we do quality control?
1, Customer End Quality control creates safe measures that can be implemented to make sure deficient or damaged products do not end up with customers. It helps to continuously and stably deliver high quality products and professional service to safeguard customer’s benefit and value.
2, Company End Quality control helps standardize both production and reactions to quality issues. By undertaking effective inspection and control over production processes to avoid inferior product wastages and bring down the cost of production considerably. By specifying which production activities are to be completed by which personnel reduces the chance that employees will be involved in tasks for which they do not have adequate training to limit room for error.
3, Employee End The quality control creates an environment where management and employees strive for perfection, encouraging employees to contribute to the workplace and creates a sense of ownership of the products and company.
How we do quality control?
Quality testing is generally completed in each step of a manufacturing. QC inspectors often begin by testing raw materials, pulling samples from the manufacturing line, and testing the finished product. Testing at the various stages of manufacturing helps identify where a production problem is occurring and the remedial steps it requires to prevent it in the future.
Two methods that are mainly used to communicate and track inspections and issues. 1, Acceptance Sampling Method: for batch production, randomly selecting a specified number of products to test and determine the quality level.
2, 100% Inspection Method: for small quantity production, we run 100% inspection to ensure every product is qualified to be delivered to customer.
